Meet the Team
Meet Dan Catlin:
Daniel Catlin has been in the real estate brokerage and development business since 1993, with a particular focus in the Mid-Coast Maine region. Dan has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for over 20 years and strives to bring the best retail and service businesses to the region. As CEO, Daniel Catlin brings his knowledge and passion for the development of Maine communities to Commercial Properties, Inc.
Dan’s early accomplishments include the redevelopment of the Hannaford Store, development of the Androscoggin Savings Bank and the acquisition and renovation of the Tontine Mall, all in downtown Brunswick, Maine. Dan has extensive developments in neighboring Topsham at the Topsham Fair Mall, including the Wendy’s Restaurant, the 99 Restaurant and Goodwill. Dan’s more recent developments in the Topsham area include:
- Winner’s Circle: Starbucks, Beau Eye Care, P.A., US Cellular, HR Block, C&T Nails and Aspen Dental.
- Topsham Fair Mall: Sherwin-Williams, Great Clips and Kume Steakhouse – Japanese Hibachi & Sushi.
- Mallett Drive: a single-family residential community

Meet Mandy Reynolds:
Mandy Reynolds joined Commercial Properties Inc. in 2017 with six years of intensive corporate research experience. Her previous focus on corporate social responsibility provides a strong background in data analysis, management and market trends. As the Vice President of Development at Commercial Properties, Inc., she focuses on marketing, due diligence research, leasing and tenant development and outreach.
Mandy is a graduate of Colby College in Waterville, Maine. She is the Executive Director of Build Maine, an annual conference held in Lewiston, Maine which convenes all of the people in the act of building Maine’s cities and towns.
Mandy is a Maine licensed Associate Advisor with SVN | The Urbanek Group, based in Portland, Maine.
Meet Richard J. McGoldrick:
Richard McGoldrick founded Commercial Properties Inc. in 1978 and has initiated or participated in the development of over four million square feet of commercial space in Maine.
Richard is also the founder of Commercial Properties Management LLC, an employee-owned business, which manages over 100 properties in Maine; and Silver Street Development Corporation, which owns over 8,000 apartment units in 13 States.
Active in the community, Richard has served as: a former member of the Board of the Finance Authority of Maine (Chair 2000-2002); former co-chair of the Annual Auction of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Portland and a member of the Investment Committee; a founder and former President of the Maine Real Estate and Economic Development Association; a founder and former Board Member of the Maine Business Alliance; McGoldrick served on the board of Bangor Savings Bank and Bangor Savings Foundation for 12 years.
He was the co-chair of the USM $32 million capital campaign in 2010/2011 and with his wife, currently co-chairs the $15 million Promise Scholarship Fund campaign at USM.
Richard graduated from Boston College ‘63, and received an honorary doctorate from VMA in 2014.
